Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

1. Start by making your filling and frosting. Chop up chocolate in a bowl.

2. Pour steaming heavy cream on top and let sit for 5 minutes.

3. Stir until smooth, then set aside to firm up. 

4. Stir all of your dry ingredients together.

5. In a jug, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth. 

6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until smooth.

7. Bake in the oven in a cupcake pan, let cool. 

8. Whip up 3/4 of the chocolate ganache for the frosting.

9. Core the cupcakes and fill with the remaining ganache. 

10. Pipe frosting on top and enjoy!
