Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients for the chocolate cupcakes. 

Whisk all of the wet ingredients in a jug until smooth.

Pour the wet into the dry, mixing until smooth with a rubber spatula.

Scoop out the cupcake batter into lines and bake.

In a saucepan, melt butter with heavy cream, salt and vanilla. Add chopped chocolate.

Whisk the mixture until completely smooth. Pour into a bowl and let cool completely.

Once it is scoopable, mix with confectioners' sugar until it is spreadable.

Frost each cupcake and enjoy! I added a chocolate truffle on top of each cupcake.
