Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

In another bowl or jug, whisk the eggs with the buttermilk, oil and vanilla.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, then slowly pour in hot water.

Pour batter into two 8" cake pans and bake! 

In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream with sugar, salt and vanilla. 

Increase the speed and beat until it looks thick.

Add in the cold cream cheese a tablespoon at a time. 

Pour in your cocoa powder and mix until combined.

Frost your cake and add sprinkles!
