Moist Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread

Step 1: Place the butter in a small saucepan. With medium-low heat, let the butter melt and then brown. 

Step 2: Pour the brown butter into a bowl and let cool for 10-15 minutes. 

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients and set aside. 

Step 4: Add the brown sugar and white sugar to the brown butter and whisk. 

Step 5: Add the mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs and vanilla extract. 

Step 6: Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 

Step 7: Stir in the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips. 

Step 8: Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes at 350. 

Let the banana bread cool before slicing and enjoying!
