Ingredients for Pie Crust
Toss your cubed butter with the dry ingredients
Mix together until butter is the size of walnut halves
Pour in your wet ingredients until you have the right consistency
Shape into a disc and keep in the fridge for one hour
Ingredients for filling and topping
Mix together all the filling ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes
Mix together the topping ingredients
Sprinkle the extra blueberries and streusel
Line your pie plate and crimp it. Chill for 15 minutes
Pour in filling and sprinkle over your topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
