Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

Whisk flour with salt in a bowl and set aside. 

In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolk, oil, sugar and vanilla extract.

Melt the butter in a microwave, then add chopped chocolate. Let sit and then whisk until smooth.

Add the cocoa powder to the melted chocolate and butter mixture, whisking until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture, then fold in the dry ingredients. 

Pour the brownie batter into an 8x8 baking pan and bake. Let cool completely. 

Beat cold cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream, then turn the mixer to high and beat until fluffy. 

Take the cooled brownies out of the pan and top with the cream cheese frosting.
