Brownie Pie with Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust

Ingredients needed for crust 

Ingredients needed for filling

Cream together butter and sugar for a few minutes. Add egg yolk 

Add dry ingredients and then milk 

Fold in chocolate chips 

Pack into pie plate and chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes 

Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler. Stir until smooth. 

Whisk together eggs, sugars, vanilla and oil 

Pour in flour and cocoa powder. Fold in the melted butter and chocolate 

Pour brownie filling into cooled cookie crust and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. 

Let pie cool completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
