Browned Butter Pecan Cookies

Melt butter in a saucepan and add chopped pecans and cinnamon. Cook over low heat until it smells toasty.

Melt the remaining butter and over medium heat stir until the milk solids turn brown. Take off the heat and let cool.

Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. 

Add the light brown sugar, white sugars, eggs and vanilla to the brown butter.

Fold in the dry ingredients and toasted pecans, mixing everything together. Chill for 30 minutes. 

Scoop out cookie dough into 2 tablespoon sized balls. 

Bake for 12 minutes and let cool. Enjoy!
