Brioche Doughnuts

Ingredients needed

Mix yeast and milk together 

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients

Pour in the milk mixture and mix

Add in the eggs and continue mixing

Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise

Let the dough rise until it's doubled in size

Heat up neutral oil in a large pot until it reaches 350 degrees

Fry the doughnuts a few at a time, let cool 

Heat up your heavy cream until it begins to simmer

Pour over chopped chocolate

Mix together, then add in mascarpone 

Let chill for 1 hour, then whisk until soft and fluffy

Fill each doughnut with the chocolate ganache!
