Brioche Dinner Rolls

In a jug, whisk together the warm milk with the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

In a stand mixer, combine the flour with the butter, remaining sugar, egg, egg yolk and salt. 

Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Then turn the speed to medium for 2-3 minutes. 

Lightly oil the bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 60-90 minutes. 

Grease a 9x13 pan. Divide the dough into 12 and roll each piece into a ball. Place in the dish.

Lightly brush the bread rolls with an egg wash and bake! Once out of the oven, brush them with melted butter and garlic.
