Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients needed

Warm up the milk and mix with the yeast. Let sit  until it starts to foam. 

Mix together flour, sugar and salt

Add in milk, eggs and butter. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes

Oil the bowl and let it rise for an hour and a half. 

Roll out the dough on a floured surface

Use a pastry brush to brush the softened butter on the dough 

Mix the cinnamon filling and sprinkle over 

Tightly roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls 

Place the 12 buns in a greased pan and let rise overnight. The next morning pour over warmed up cream and bake

Add cream cheese frosting to warm cinnamon buns.
