Brioche Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Cream

Warm up the milk and mix with the yeast. Let sit  until it starts to foam. 

Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add in milk, eggs and butter. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes

Oil the bowl and let it rise for an hour and a half. 

Whisk together the cinnamon sugar filling ingredients. 

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Use a pastry brush to brush the softened butter on the dough 

Mix the cinnamon filling and sprinkle over 

Tightly roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place into a greased pan and let rise overnight.

The next morning, let them come to room temperature for 1 hour then pour heavy cream over. Bake!
