Blackberry Lemon Bread

Ingredients needed

Whip your butter until soft and creamy 

Add your sugar and beat until fluffy, about 4 minutes 

Add your vanilla and then your eggs, one at a time

Add in your dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with the sourcream

Fold in your blackberries and lemon zest 

Pour batter into a greased and lined loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes
