Ingredients needed for the cupcakes 

Whisk the black cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda 

Whisk the sugars and wet ingredients together

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold 

Bake in your oven at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes 

Cream the butter and confectioners' sugar together 

Add your black cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and cream 

Use a Wilton 1M piping tip and add sprinkles!
