Black Velvet Cake

In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk all of the dry ingredients together. 

In a large jug, whisk all of the wet ingredients together until smooth.

With the mixer running on low, pour the wet ingredients into the dry.

Pour the cake batter into three 8 inch baking pans and bake.

In a stand mixer, combine the butter and confectioners' sugar.

Add in the black cocoa powder and mix to combine. 

Frost the cooled cake and add Halloween sprinkles!
