Biscoff No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients needed for the cheesecake:

Pulse your Biscoff cookies until you have a fine crumb 

Pour in your melted butter and pulse until well combined

Press into a 9" springform pan, freeze for 20 minutes. 

Whip your cream until you have soft peaks 

Beat your cream cheese until smooth

Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla, salt and cookie butter

Fold in your whipped cream carefully

Pour into your chilled crust and chill overnight

Just before serving, pour over melted cookie butter and crumbs
