Best Pumpkin Bread

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, oil, vanilla extract and sugar.

Pour in all of the dry ingredients and fold everything until smooth.

Pour batter in an 8.5x4.5 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour!

In a chilled mixing bowl, mix heavy cream with sugar and salt. 

Add cream cheese a tablespoon at a time, then beat for 3 minutes.

Spoon cream cheese icing on top of cooled pumpkin bread, top with chopped pecans.
