Banana Pudding Recipe

Step 1: Whisk together your egg, egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and salt. 

Step 2: Pour in your milk and heavy cream, whisking until everything is smooth

Step 3: Place over medium heat and cook while stirring for 2-4 minutes. 

Step 4: Once it has thickened, take off the heat and whisk in your butter and vanilla

Step 5: Pour into a bowl and cover the top with clingfilm. Let cool completely then chill

Step 6: Whip heavy cream with sugar until you have soft peaks. 

Step 7: Fold half of the whipped cream with your vanilla pudding.

Take small jars and layer it with Nilla wafers, pudding, and banana slices. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
